PLACE: Onion River Sports (20 Langdon St., Montpelier) parking lot for registration, race start, and post race activities.

SPONSORS: Onion River Sports and Central Vermont Runners. Sanctioned by RRCA.

REGISTRATION: To pre-register, complete the entry form (see further down this page) and send, with check made payable to Central Vermont Runners, by June 6, to:

Post-registration at the Onion River Sports parking lot off Langdon Street on race day starting at 7:45 am.

FEE: $10 pre-registration by June 6; $12 on race day.

STARTING TIME: 9:00 am SHARP!

COURSE: Flat and fast, out and back course, half pavement, half dirt. Water stops at approximately 2 and 4 miles. USAT&F certified. See Course Map.

DIVISIONS:

• FEMALE - 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• MALE - 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

AWARDS: Gift certificate prizes to top 3 male and female finishers overall. Prizes to top finishers in age divisions. Food and raffle prizes as well.

ALSO: Refreshments provided after the race.
